    Dear Friends in Yoga,

After a few weeks of teaching in Europe, opening more doors in Belgium, England and France, I'm back to Rochester to launch the Essential Teacher Training, this year with more participants than ever (about 26) from all walks of life but all willing to read the Book of Life...

    Dear Friends in Yoga,

Wishing you a radiant new year full of contentment and discovery, leaps of faith, early-morning practice, adventures, travels inside yourself on the pranic highways and outside to meet different cultures. Letting go of preconceived ideas about everything! Reclaiming your faith. Exploring how to live an ethical life with clear boundaries and precepts but also enjoyment and sensual pleasure, nature, art, music, sexuality, social life, cappuccinos, chai lattes, or tulsi teas (those are not mutually exclusive).

Summer is almost over...Still writing, practicing, reflecting, zoning out!

    Here is the new news!

SOUND: I completed an intense certification as a Sound Healer, started two years ago in Spain with Michele Averard and Nestor Kornblum, founders of the International Association of Sound Therapy. It's a complex subject including yoga of sound, tuning fork, sound bath, harmonic series, overtone chanting, mantra and group improvisation of shamanic music.
